MEET THE TRAINER
Mazu Muay Thai was founded by Cole Stringer, a lifelong martial artist with deep roots in striking. Cole began his journey in Taekwondo as a child, later transitioning to San Shou before ultimately finding his home in Muay Thai. Along the way, he competed in San Shou, Muay Thai—both amateur and professional—and MMA.

His passion for martial arts continued during his service in the U.S. Army, where he was selected as a Combatives Instructor and earned the elite Master Combatives Instructor Certification. With over a decade of coaching experience, Cole has trained everyone from complete beginners to professional fighters. His focus remains the same: build skill, discipline, and confidence—one round at a time.
